Hi,
I have a question, how can I change cvs modul name that has an tree of
subdirectories? It the only way how to do it to create a new module
(import it) and remove the old one? Can I do it through CrossVC? Because
I don't have access to FS of the server where the repository is stored.

My other question is, why doesn't CrossVC show empty directories from
repository on workbench? How can I make CrossVC to show them? I would
like to delete empty directory, but I can because I don't see it.

Thank you very much for your replies,

Robert

I am using CrossVC 1.5.1 on Kubuntu feasty fawn

If you want to change the module name on the server side, then the only way is
to reimport the content with a new name and remove the old one.
If you want to rename it only in your sandbox, then there is the 'rename
project' option on 'Directory/Projects'.

You can disable 'Config/settings/CVS SubCmd/Update/prune empty directories' to
achieve this behavior.
Run 'update (all)' afterwards.

Thank you very much for your answer. I still have one small question...
The main reason why I want to change the module name is that it looks
bad on a web browser of my cvs. If I remove the original module with
the cvs remove command, the module will still stay there right? And that
would not really help to "look better"...
,Can I somehow even completely remove the module? I don't need the
history.... and I can't access the repository vis ssh, or something like
that.
